A beautiful but demanding ascent awaits you from Ried to the Bietschhorn hut. The path leads through a forest, then the panorama opens up from “Brunnä”. Below the Nestgletscher glacier, the route leads to a cliff with a magnificent panorama. A sure footedness to the hut is recommended. Ropes help you across the slope. A warm welcome awaits you on arrival at the hut. The meals are tasty and the cake buffet exceptional. The return journey to Brunnä takes the same route. Then turn left towards Wiler.
