Lauchernalp-Tellialp-Weissenried-Lauchernalp

The first 5 kilometers from Lauchernalp to Tellialp follow the Lötschental High Trail. On this varied section, you first walk through natural meadows to Weritzalp, all with a view of the Bietschhorn. Then the path leads through a magical larch forest to Tellialp. There, Kari, Hildegard, and their team warmly welcome you for a delicious meal or a cool refreshment. From there, it continues on a natural road until just before Weissenried. From there, you climb 300 meters in elevation via four hairpin bends back to the Lötschental High Trail. Then you continue back to Weritzalp and afterwards descend to Lauchernalp.
