Climbing Lötschental

For the adventure in the rock

For all climbing enthusiasts and adventurers, the magical valley offers several opportunities to explore the steep rocks and try out new challenges.

The climbing garden on the Lauchernalp offers climbing fun for beginners and advanced climbers. Take the cable car up to Lauchernalp and hike from the mountain station up to Berghaus Lauchernalp. The small climbing garden is located right next to the restaurant. The area is ideal for taking your first steps on the rocks and learning the necessary rope techniques with a mountain guide.

The Lötschen Pass with its 2nd and 3rd degree routes is perfect for family mountaineering. The climbing garden can be reached in 15 minutes from the hut. The small lakes in the area, where you can also swim, provide the necessary cooling in summer
