Bus service
Lauchernalp - Fafleralp
Between June 27, 2026, and October 25, 2026, a public transportation service will be introduced between Lauchernalp and Fafleralp.
Minibuses with 20 seats each are used for scheduled service. Due to limited capacity, reservations are required for these trips. Connections to and from the aerial tramway at Lauchernalp and in Wiler are guaranteed.
Fares:
Lauchernalp – Fafleralp
- Full price: CHF 14.80
- Half-Fare Card / GA: CHF 7.40
Terms and Conditions:
- GA and day passes are accepted as Halbtax
- Monthly passes are not valid
- The Lötschental Card is not valid
- Daily, weekly, and seasonal passes for the mountain railways are not valid on the PostAuto route
- The MagicPass is not valid
Direct service between Fafleralp, Blatten, Eisten, and Wiler
From June 29 to October 23, 2026, direct connections will also be offered between Fafleralp and Blatten/Eisten and Wiler (valley station). The following departures run Monday through Friday:
