The first part of this route takes you to Tellialp, 400m above the starting point. The ascent is not too steep and therefore pleasant, while taking you through magnificent scenery. Between Wiler and Weissenried, you'll take a suspension bridge over the Tennbach, then arrive at Terra, where you'll find an idyllic little lake. Shortly afterwards, you'll come to Weissenried, a picturesque little hamlet. A nature road then leads you to Tellialp, where you can enjoy a tasty meal, snack or refreshment on a lovely terrace. Kari and Hildegard will give you a warm welcome. From Tellialp, the climb is over and yiu can now fully admire the beautiful scenery on the Lötschentaler Höhenweg to Fafleralp. Among other things, you'll pass the Schwarzsee, one of the most beautiful spots in the valley.  If you wish, you can also descend to Blatten from here instead of Fafleralp.
