Infos for arrival (Check-In)
For guests travelling by car from the north or east: Motorway via Zurich or Basel to Bern. Continue on the A6 motorway in the direction of Spiez. Then take the well-maintained main road to Kandersteg to the car transport station, from where you can take the car train to Goppenstein in 15 minutes. Please consult the special BLS car transport timetable here. It is only a few kilometres from Goppenstein railway station to the Hotel Bietschhorn in Kippel/Lötschental. Travelling by train: The Bern-Lötschberg-Simplon regional train takes you safely and comfortably to Goppenstein railway station, where trains stop every hour, whether you are travelling from the north of Bern or from the south of Brig/Simplon-Italy. From Goppenstein you can reach the Hotel Bietschhorn in Kippel in a few minutes by bus in the direction of Blatten/Fafleralp.
Conditions/Extras
Room rates are per person per night and include service, VAT and a generous breakfast buffet. Not included in the price: - Visitor's tax - Dogs are welcome (CHF 8.00 to 10.00 per dog per night)
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. On these days, check-in is possible from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
