Arrival by car: From the north or east: Highway via Zürich or Basel to Bern - highway A6 to Spiez - main street to Kandersteg - car transport to Goppenstein (15 minutes) - drive to the station of the cable car Wiler/Lötschental (10 minutes) - ride in the cable car (5 minutes). In the snow-free period the Lauchernalp is accessible by car (toll road.) Arrival by train: The Lauchernalp is easily accessible. Regional trains from the railway line Bern-Lötschberg-Simplon-Italien runs hourly. From Goppenstein to the station of the cable car Wiler/Lötschental (10 minutes).
