Infos for arrival (Check-In)
By car: In the snow-free period, you can drive up to the house by car. (Access permit available via the ParkingPay app or from the municipality of Wiler). In winter, the large car park at the valley station of the cable car can be used. Possible access routes: Via Bern to Kandersteg with the car transport to Goppenstein. From the Geneva region via the Lower Valais or over the Alpine passes (Furka with Realp-Oberwald car transport)
By train: Direct hourly connections from northern Switzerland to Goppenstein, post bus to Wiler, Lauchernalp aerial cableway and by Ratrac from the Fischbiel terminal directly to the house.
Fischbiel is approx. 1.2 km from the Lauchernalp mountain station. The chalet is easily accessible on skis or in 15 minutes on foot via the valley run/winter hiking trail. During the winter season, the ski shuttle takes guests to the mountain station daily between 8:20 a.m. and 4:40 p.m. (adults CHF 42, children 6-16 years CHF 26/week).
