Music Month of March

In March we celebrate the fun on the slopes with the new offer Music Month of March!

Every weekend there will be a live concert at the Lauchernalp. From rock to reggae to dialect and après-ski hits everything will be played.

Let's celebrate snow!

Saturday 9 March 2019, 13.00 - 17.00 in the Wildibar: Piuzbüebe

Right at the beginning of the concert series the boys from Piuzbüebe in the Wildibar really take off. The Piuzbüebe (Gommer dialect for "mushroom boy") are the brothers Reto and Ralph Grichting from Fiesch. For several years they have been inspiring audiences in bars, pubs, company events and weddings with cover songs ranging from current pop songs to rock, oldies and pop songs. Anyone who has ever seen Piuzbüebe live knows that the bear will be stepping on the Wildibar this afternoon!

Saturday 16. March 2019, 14.00 - 17.00 on the terrace of the panorama restaurant Zudili: AllYouNeed

All You Need is a young band from the small village of Fiesch in the beautiful canton of Valais. They inspire the audience with their own compositions.

Saturday 23.03.2019, 13.30 - 16.30 on the terrace of the panorama restaurant Zudili: Needle & Salt

Needle & Salt - The Newest Country-Band Of Switzerland

Schnyder Rolf and Fredy Slzmann started the project a few months ago and already now, they have been able to play numerous concerts as a duo as well as with a band. In the Lötschental the boys will arrive with the whole band.

But why this unusual name?

Mr. Schnyder (Needle): The needle, probably the most important instrument of the brave little tailor! Rolf has already tailored numerous songs, together with lyricists from all over the world. Many of these songs have already been released. At international songwriting competitions Rolf's songs are always 'on top' and he won the "Lennon Award" in 2006 and the "Australian Songwriting Contest" in 2014.

Mr. Salzmann (Salt): "Salt is the most precious of all the gems that the earth gives us." Justus von Liebig (1803-1873).
Powerful, polished and shiny she comes from, the voice of Fredy.  Whether it's a traditional country song or a new country song, Fredy adapts and knows how to use salt to make the soup taste really good!

Saturday 30.03.2019, 13.00 - 17.00 at the Pfirriar: Rolf Schnyder

At the end of the concert series, the award-winning solo artist Rolf Schnyder will perform in front of the Pfiiribar. Rolf's repertoire is varied and ranges from dance and light music, pop, rock, evergreens to jazz, Irish and country music. There is something for everyone.
