Then head from the Lötschenpass towards Lauchernalp on the well-marked hiking trail. You will reach the Lauchernalp after a descent of about 2 hours and 10 minutes. From there, either take the cable car back to Wiler or descend on foot.

Take the BLS Lötschenberg excursion train to Kandersteg. A bus runs from Kandersteg railway station into the Gasterental valley and to Selden (reservations are essential: Tel. +41 (0)33 671 11 729).
You can park your car at the Kandersteg railway station car park (not free).
