Lötschental luggage transport

Important information

Weight:
Each piece of baggage may weigh a maximum of 20 kg.

Luggage straps:

• Available at the Lauchernalp cable car ticket offices.
• One valid wristband is required per basket for outward and return transportation. One wristband is required per basket. Luggage that exceeds the capacity of the paid baskets will not be transported.
• The wristband must be visibly attached to the luggage.
• Luggage without a valid wristband will not be transported.

Registering return transportation

• Register your return transportation at the ticket office at the mountain station with your desired time.
• One wristband is required per basket. Luggage that exceeds the capacity of the paid baskets will not be transported.
• Please note: The times given are approximate and subject to change.
• Payment must be made in advance at the ticket office on the Lauchernalp, where you will receive your return transportation wristband.

Procedure

• You can leave your luggage outside. The wristband must be visibly attached to your luggage.
• Our staff will collect it there and take care of the transportation.

Luggage transport with the Wiler-Lauchernalp cable car

Transportation by snowmobile or snow groomer (only in winter)

Luggage transportation from 8:30 - 12:00 and from 14:00 - 17:00
On Saturdays over lunchtime, luggage transportation is continuous.
Luggage will not be transported to the chalets/holiday apartments after 17:00.
After 18:00, luggage will be taken directly to the cabin.

Fischbiel - luggage transportation

To reach Fischbiel, also take the Wiler-Lauchernalp cable car. From there you can take a small caterpillar vehicle, which runs approx. every 30 minutes during the day. ATTENTION: Passenger and luggage transport only for IG-Fischbiel members and their guests.
