Mandala painting calms you down and brings you back to your center. It strengthens your concentration, develops your creativity and connects you with your inner essence. When painting mandalas, starting in the middle, you bring your thoughts directly to one point. Distracting thoughts have no place in this moment and the concentration required allows you to deepen and connect with yourself and your very own creativity. Painting a mandala is therefore simply healing to create small works of art that radiate positive energy. The workshop takes place from 14:00 - 16:30 at the Lötschberg Center in Kippel. The workshop costs CHF 55.00 per person: Lea Hack, art therapist iac. Phone +41 78 312 66 55 E-Mail: lea.monika.h@gmail.com
