Mandala painting calms you down and brings you back to your center. It strengthens your concentration, develops your creativity and connects you with your inner essence. When painting mandalas, starting in the middle, you bring your thoughts directly to one point. Distracting thoughts have no place at this moment and the concentration required allows you to deepen and connect with your very own creativity. Painting a mandala is therefore simply healing. Lea Hack has been painting mandalas on stones since 2016 and has never stopped. She started doing this during a stressful phase in her life and realized that this practice calms her down and helps against stress, as well as against spinning thoughts and mental carousels. Since then, she has been passing on her knowledge in Switzerland and Spain. She is also happy to organize a course in your area, please contact her if you are interested. The cost is CHF 55.00 (material included). You can find more information at: https://www.theshenfoundation.com/service-page/mandala-malen?referral=service_list_widget
