Conditions of carriage for passengers
The safety and well-being of our passengers is the top priority for Lauchernalp Bergbahnen AG (LABB AG). To ensure that all guests experience a pleasant and smooth transport experience, clear rules apply to the use of our facilities, regulating access to the facilities, behavior during the journey and special regulations for various means of transport.
1. access and transportation regulations
1.1 General
Transportation takes place within the framework of a contract between LABB AG and the passenger, which is documented by the ticket.
The conditions of carriage form an integral part of the contract; the passenger undertakes to comply with them. The validity of the conditions of carriage begins when entering and ends when leaving the facility.
Transportation can only take place if the facility is approved for passenger transportation in accordance with the operating regulations; otherwise access to the facility is prohibited.
Passengers must use equipment appropriate to the operating conditions.
Skiers are those who use a gliding device strapped to their feet (skis, monoskis, snowboards, short skis).
1.2 Disabled and infirm persons
If, due to the nature of their disability, persons require additional assistance or wish to use special equipment, they must agree the transportation arrangements with the Technical Director in advance.
The type of installation, the type of disability and the number of such persons permitted simultaneously on the installation and per vehicle must allow safe transportation and rescue.
Under these conditions, it is permissible to transport disabled persons with disabled gliders strapped on like skiers if they are equipped with suitable ski equipment.
1.3 Sliding devices, luggage and animals
Passengers may carry hand luggage (easily portable and non-bulky items) and a gliding device including poles, subject to the available space.
The carriage of other items of luggage and other objects may be permitted if this does not impair the safety of persons or the installation.
Animals may be accepted for transportation if safe operation is not impaired, the owner has the animal safely under control during transportation and any passengers on board do not raise any objections.

The following are excluded from transportation
Persons who do not comply with the applicable legal provisions and transportation regulations;
Persons who do not comply with the instructions of the company or the operating staff in the interests of safety and order;
