NEW on offer in the evening: Fondue Glareyarde - The Valais Fondue Chinoise! The finest beef marinated with spices reminiscent of the flavour of dried meat. It is cooked at the table in a bouillon and wine.

Gastronomic offer
There's a big offer for everyone. From hearty Valais cuisine to homemade cakes and patisserie, a cosy fondue evening or roasted specialities. We have a variety of cheese slices, homemade Älplermagronen, delicious meat dishes, hamburgers ajnd fresh salads.
Every day we serve fresh homemade cakes from the baking sheet, nut croissants and apple strudel.
We serve you a wide range of beverages as well as a selection of top-wines from Valais.
