“As in a fairytale"
Shortly after the start, you'll reach Gletscherstafel and then Grundsee, a turquoise-blue lake that guarantees an idyllic atmosphere. The route continues relatively flat to reach the valley floor. Shortly before the steep ascent to the Anenhütte, you have the option of forking right to follow the glacier moraine and reach the hut from behind. The other option is to take left and reach directly the hut. The return to Fafleralp is via the Guggisee and Gussistafel.
This route guarantees a unique, dream-like experience. The round tour passes through larch trees, reaches two idyllic lakes and leads to the Anenhütte, where you can enjoy the mountain atmosphere to the full while taking a break.
