Infos for arrival (Check-In)

From the north by car: Take the motorway from bern to Spiez. Take the fork to the right to Kandersteg. Loading your car on the train is quick and easy and it takes only 15 minutes from Kandersteg, through the Loetschberg to Goppenstein which is the southern station of the Loetschberg tunnel. From the south by car: Take the Rhone Valley motorway from Lausanne or take the maind road from Brig/Simplon to Gampel/Steg. This is where the Loetschen Valley curves to the north and you can take a well maintained road from Steg to the Loetschen Valley. With public transport: The North-South axis of the Bern - Loetschberg - Simplon line brings you from either from the north (Bern) or from the south (Brig/Simplon) easily and safely to Goppenstein station where the trains stop every hour.
